- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup (30g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (60g) chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch (20cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval.
- Whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add cocoa powder, walnuts, coffee powder, and salt to the sugar mixture. Stir until combined.
- Pour in the melted chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
